Anthony J. Perez

Vice President of Military Affairs

Anthony J. Perez is a 2001 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami, School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Mr. Perez conducts all phases of trial work involving auto insurance defense, to include taking physician’s, billing clerks, corporate representative depositions, defending adjuster’s, record custodians corporate representative depositions, motion practice and trials. He testifies regularly as an expert witness for insurance carriers and for the F.D.I.C., in relation to the reasonableness of attorney’s fees in litigation. His practice additionally focuses on military law, American Disabilities Act Access law, personal injury law, foreclosure defense, contract litigation, family law, real estate litigation, employment law (to include the Serviceman’s Civil Relief Act (the “SCRA”) and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (“USERRA” cases),and labor law cases.

Mr. Perez also Lieutenant Colonel currently serves in the Select Marine Corps Reserve. He has served in both active duty and reserve commands in the United States Marine Corps since 1986 and is a combat veteran.


Daniel F. Benitez

Vice President of Marketing for Central and South America

Mr. Daniel F. Benitez became a CORPSEC owner and Senior Consultant, after 39 years of Combined State and Federal service in the Intelligence arena; as well as, the law enforcement Field.

Mr. Benitez brings to CORPSEC vast experience and extensive expertise in law enforcement Procedure in the areas of criminal investigation and criminal procedure, more specifically: Complex Investigations; Bombing Investigations; Terrorism Investigations; and, Narcotics Investigations. In addition, Mr. Benitez enhances CORPSEC’s professional knowledge By his work in Protective Operations; National Security Investigations; Diplomatic Procedure; Foreign I Domestic Intelligence; Airport Security; and, Embassy Security.


Manuel Castro

Vice President of National Training

Manuel Castro became the Director of National Training of CORPSEC after serving 27 years in law enforcement with the Miami Police Department. Manuel’s vast experiences have brought CORPSEC a multi-faceted range of expertise investigating criminal matters in Narcotics, Public Corruption, Kidnapping, Police Corruption, Extortion, Dignitary Protection, Hostage Negotiations, Training and Private and Corporate Security. Manuel has worked with many federal and state agencies in his career and has coordinated, managed and conducted Police Academy and in-service programs. Manuel’s numerous assignments with the Federal, State and Local Government have earned him respect within the Law Enforcement Community. As a Director at CORPSEC, he brings a broad range of experience as a liaison with police and training officials.


Alfredo García-Menocal

Vice President of Legal Affairs

Alfredo Garcia-Menocal is a 2001 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami, School of Law. He practice focuses in the area of transactional real estate to include, commercial and residential closings, loan modifications and drafting and enforcing condominium association by laws and condominium declarations. Mr. Garcia-Menocal also has extensive experience in civil litigation in the following areas of law: American Disabilities Act Access Law, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate (to include Foreclosure Defense and Interpleader actions), Construction Law, DUI/DWI Law, Probate Law and Family Law.


Richard (Rick) Lunn

Vice President of International Training

Rick Lunn became Vice President of International Studies and CORPSEC Senior Consultant after serving 30 years in the Federal Government as Special Agent in the FBI and with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) . CORPSEC gained a tremendous amount of experience when Rick joined, earning the respect of this corporation with the DOD, FBI, DEA, CIA, US State Department, Local and State Law Enforcements Agencies. Rick provides extensive knowledge to CORPSEC in Criminal Investigations/Crime Scene Management at the Federal and State level with experience in planning, management, and execution of highly sensitive domestic and international crime scenes. Rick was an FBI Evidence Response Team Leader and a certified FBI Instructor. He has educated law enforcement agencies all over the world on the collection of forensic evidence. Rick is an exceptional leader with great success in managing high profile complex crimes scenes and an impeccable court record. Rick has expertise in Surveillance, Dignitary Protection, Special Event Management, Child Exploitation cases, DOD Liaison and Interviewing & Interrogation. As a CORPSEC Senior Consultant, Rick is responsible for providing corporate direction on investigation to COPRSEC’s cliental, as well as directing the International Training portion of the Investigative Development Studies to the private, corporate and government sectors.
